What is IELTS?
IELTS Test Information
IELTS is an English proficiency test, which can be held up to four times a month. The test fee is S$300. You can choose from two types of IELTS test: Academic or General Training, with the former meant for higher education and the latter for work or migration. Both types of IELTS test are made up of four parts – Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. IELTS results are graded on a 9-band scale and scores are valid for 2 years.
In general the minimum scores required for work/immigration and study are 5 and 6.5 respectively. Our students mostly score above 6.5!
